SUNSHINE COMMITTEE: 

 

Flowers and/or Memorials in the Case of Sickness, 

Hospitalization or Death of a Club Member 

 

In accordance with the Club's Rules and Procedures attached to the Club's By-Laws, Item 10 states: 

 

10. Flowers and/or memorials are to be limited to shag club members only and should not exceed $40 per person.  All requests are to go to the Sunshine person who in turn will notify the Treasurer for reimbursement.  The contact to notify in case of sickness, hospitalization or death of a Club member is Teresa Brown-Rudder, Chairman, Sunshine Committee, e-mail: tlovesshag@yahoo.com, Phone: 803-663-3280. Please submit the completed Sunshine Form (in this newsletter and on the Club's website) or furnish the information requested on this form to Teresa Brown-Rudder when you notify her. 

 

CLUB NOTIFICATIONS: 

 

Notification to Club Members via E-mail, Newsletter Item, Website Item 

in the case of sickness, hospitalization, death of a Club Member or 

Club Member's Immediate Family (mother, father, children) 

and 

Announcements re Club Members Becoming Parents 

or Grandparents, Getting Married, Congratulations, etc. 

 

This type notification will be sent to members by e-mail, and put on the web site and in the newsletter as long as the proper Club contacts arc notified.  The contacts are:
